**Job Title: Wait Staff**

As a valued member of our team at Jango, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our wait staff, providing top-notch service that mirrors the quality of our Korean BBQ cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their comfort throughout their dining experience. Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and provide a genuine, personalized service.
- **Order Taking**: Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to special requests or dietary requirements.
- **Table Setup**: Set up tables with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary items such as menus, utensils, and condiments.
- **Food Delivery**: Serve food promptly and elegantly, presenting dishes with an understanding of proper etiquette. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless delivery timing.
- **Beverage Service**: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, and specialty cocktails, with a focus on accuracy and presentation.
- **Knowledge of Menu**: Have a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- **Upselling**: Suggest additional items such as appetizers, sides, or desserts to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- **Payment Handling**: Process bills accurately and efficiently, handle cash and electronic payments, and provide guests with a seamless checkout experience.
- **Table Maintenance**: Continuously monitor tables, promptly clearing empty plates, refilling drinks, and ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment for guests.
- **Assist Team**: Collaborate with fellow wait staff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- **Adhere to Standards**: Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to restaurant policies, cleanliness standards, and safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine or a willingness to learn is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
