We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. As the face and voice of the business, you will be the first point of contact for customers and must have excellent communication and organisation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, answering incoming calls on a busy switchboard, and distributing calls to the correct area and person. They will also organise couriers, process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, coordinate kitchen roster and supplies, order stationery, perform head office inductions, and complete correct paperwork.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in office administration, intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, and exceptional communication skills for internal and external customers. They must also be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality, exhibit sound time management and organisation skills, and demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
