Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, responding to queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with customers to plan and implement agreed services
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services
  • Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
  • Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
  • Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
