Board Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level support for all Board-related processes.

  • Provide strategic assistance for Board administration and governance
  • Collaborate with business executives to develop a clear Board agenda
  • Create briefing papers, circular resolutions, and other essential documents
  • Manage and coordinate the company's Statutory Register
  • Draft Board minutes templates and load Board packs onto the Diligent platform
  • Attend to statutory filings and maintain accurate records
  • Create and manage trademark, patent, and business name registers
  • Onboard new directors to the Board
  • Review and manage documents provided to the Board

Main responsibilities include:

  • Project management and implementation of new technology
  • Contract portfolio management and coordination
  • Record and report on Team goals and work performance
  • Maintain precise data regarding work intake and output

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in legal operations, board administration, and document management. They must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to draft complex legal documents.
