About the Leadership Opportunity

The Team Leader plays a vital role in supporting students and Aboriginal Student Support Officers within the North Region, while building effective stakeholder relationships.

You will also support our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in achieving positive outcomes of success.

About You

You will have strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in leading a dynamic Aboriginal team across a large geographical footprint, as well as, building relationships with stakeholders.

Bring your experience and influencing skills to share your knowledge, consult and collaborate on cultural appropriate strategies.

Being resilient and flexible, you are comfortable with constructively managing conflict, mediating and managing issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.

You have demonstrated ability in using Office 365 and a strong background in administration (highly desirable within the education sector).

Crucially, you are someone who shares values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.
