Drive Business Growth as a Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced business leader to drive growth and success within our organisation. As a General Manager Product Growth, you will be responsible for owning the strategy for a product portfolio responsible for onboarding and activating small business customers.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide oversight across your portfolio, ensuring the right things are built at the right time and contribute to our goals. This will involve leading a large multidisciplinary and cross-functional team with high levels of complexity, ambiguity, dependencies and/or stakeholder management.
Our Expectations
- Obsess over customer needs and journey to improve discovery, onboarding and purchasing processes for small businesses;
- Be accountable for the commercial success of products created and managed;
- Work with portfolio leadership team and regional Go-to-market Managing Directors to advance and evolve portfolio strategy;
- Define and communicate product roadmap and prioritization based on customer research and data;
What We Look For
Experience in product leadership with significant people leadership experience. You should be able to successfully motivate individuals and teams. A demonstrated track record of impactful launches with financial impact is also desirable.
