Product Growth Manager Role Overview

As a Product Growth Manager, you will lead the development of strategies and roadmaps to improve homeowner experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will also concentrate on martech implementation and personalisation initiatives.

The role requires delivering significant business outcomes by improving how homeowners attract, engage, and retain tradies and homeowners. You will own the strategy and roadmap for homeowner growth, tradie acquisition, and personalisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for homeowner growth, tradie acquisition, and personalisation initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of key projects that improve repeat job postings and lifetime value (LTV) of homeowners.
  • Guide the development of a personalisation platform, including Martech integrations and data activation frameworks.
  • Champion UX modernisation across homeowner platforms to provide consistent app/web experiences.
  • Devise innovative solutions to drive acquisition of first-party data.
  • Ensure product work aligns with campaign objectives across SEO, SEM, lifecycle, and brand marketing.
  • Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data to deliver outcomes through modular, testable experiments.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Product Management, including leading product teams.
  • Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2C mobile app environments.
  • Track record of delivering products that improve acquisition, engagement, and LTV.
  • Strong experience in UX optimisation, product-led growth, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen.
  • Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience with marketing tech (CDP, OCP, B2B tools) and personalisation systems is a plus.
