We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as Centre Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the day-to-day operation of the centre, building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and community, and attending to office administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate the day-to-day operation of the centre
  • Act as the face of the centre to build and maintain strong relationships with parents and community
  • Attend to office administrative tasks, weekly accounts and reports

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Manager / Director role in a long day care setting
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or above
  • Proven experience in a similar compliance or people management role

Additional requirements include:

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection legislation & implications (approved Child Protection Training)
  • Competent in NQS, EYLF / VEDYLF practice principles
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with CCMS / Word / Excel / Cloud-based apps
  • Current Police Check
