Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Member Education and Support function. This role plays a critical part in enhancing member education, engagement, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare education, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive improvement using data insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver High-Quality Educational Programs Create and maintain member training resources that support knowledge transfer and engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly evaluate member satisfaction and facilitate internal reviews of feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with members, ensuring their goals are met and they become advocates for the brand.
  • Represent the member's voice internally through purposeful, well-prepared interactions.
Requirements
  • Strong Background in Healthcare Education A tertiary qualification in healthcare, education, or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in the healthcare sector with the ability to drive improvement using data insights.
  • High commercial acumen in the health sector.
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
