We are currently seeking a dynamic specialist to execute national promotions and drive the growth of state-based programs.

This role partners with various teams to drive promotional growth, including Retailers, State, Channel & National Teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively working with teams to support state execution of strategies and projects
  • Delivering improved promotional performance through analysis, planning, and reporting
  • Leading State Retailer Committee Meetings as required, preparing promotional results presentations, and partnering with Retailers on promotional opportunities
  • Collaborating with the National Promotions & Trading Teams

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar sales or promotions role in FMCG
  • Strong communication skills and confident presenting in large meetings & forums
  • A collaborative style that supports teams and colleagues
  • The drive to seek continuous improvement and identify new opportunities
  • A results focus that seeks the best outcomes for all stakeholders
