Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled mechanical engineer to maintain and optimize machinery in the paper manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics, as well as experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems in the paper manufacturing process.
  • Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.
  • Design and implement mechanical improvements to enhance production efficiency.
  • Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
  • Analyze machine performance data and recommend process optimizations.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in paper manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
