Job Overview

Maintain and optimize machinery to enhance production efficiency in a fast-paced paper manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns, analyze machine performance data, and recommend process optimizations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Design and implement mechanical improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze technical drawings and schematics, utilize AutoCAD, and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in paper manufacturing or similar industrial setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
