Mechanical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical systems in the paper manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain optimal functionality of mechanical equipment by performing routine inspections and conducting repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
  • Design and implement mechanical upgrades to enhance production capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in paper manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge and training in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is essential.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics - AutoCAD.
  • Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
