Injury Prevention and Workplace Rehabilitation Professional

About the Role- Assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations using specialist expertise.
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work goals.
- Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to facilitate business objectives.
