Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead our workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries/illnesses.
- Help clients identify future employment/training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Develop and implement effective return to work plans for employees with varying levels of injury or illness.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.

Requirements- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
