Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

This dynamic and rewarding role involves working closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective injury prevention and workplace education programs. You will also provide case management support and apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.

To be successful in this position, you will possess a strong understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. You will also have a desire to problem solve and be innovative in your approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management support to clients
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to improve return to work outcomes
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Desire to problem solve and be innovative
