Leading a busy residential Strata environment as a Concierge requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The right candidate will provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain the site in accordance with our high standards.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Greet residents and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the building.
- Assist the Building Manager in maintaining the site, communicating effectively with residents and other stakeholders, and handling administrative duties with precision.
- Monitor visitor movements, report incidents as necessary and respond promptly to emergencies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in front of house or customer service roles.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a positive attitude and commitment to integrity.
