Strata Management Concierge Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and capable individual to join our team as a concierge in a 5-star residential Strata environment. The successful candidate will be the face of the building, providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests.

The key focus of this role is to deliver dedicated quality service to our owners and residents and fulfil the scope of duties as outlined by our clients. This includes assisting the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing, and communicating between Building Management and the residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm and hospitable welcome to all residents and guests
  • Assisting the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, and keys auditing
  • Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds
  • Distributing and securing all resident keys and security devices, and Common Property keys as needed
  • Internal and External Patrolling
  • Completing Incident/accident reports when necessary and responding to emergencies

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Front of house or customer service experience
  • Good computer literacy in software such as Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical behaviour
  • Taking pride in personal presentation
  • Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures, and processes
  • Friendly, diplomatic personality
  • Punctuality and proactivity

Please note that applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia. Shifts available include Saturday and Sunday, with extra shifts on weekdays. Morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts are available.
