Lead Strategic Recruitment Efforts

C&K is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment initiatives. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will drive our employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruitment process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions and improve process efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and educational institutions, to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment functions and developing strategic recruitment plans.
  • Knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies and approaches.
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding systems, with a preference for PageUp.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and its drivers.
  • Hold an active Blue Card and Police Check, or be willing to obtain one.
