Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project management and change management methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Leading project governance and continuous improvement by aligning projects with our strategic objectives.
  • Prioritizing and managing the project portfolio to balance resource allocation and strategic importance.
  • Executing continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
  • Investigating, researching, and evaluating strategic projects and proposals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
