About the Role
  • You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment where you will need to multitask, manage your time efficiently and maintain high standards of quality control.

In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Will have 2-3 years previous experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Will have grill experience, although this is not essential.
  • Will hold commercial cookery certification.
  • Will have knowledge of food safety systems, such as HACCP.
  • Will possess excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Will have a passion for learning new recipes and cooking techniques.
