As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering and optimising a portfolio of reports and analytical tools that enable our teams to drive customer outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to strategically plan and lead deliveries. If you have experience working in agile product management approaches, Business Intelligence, and Visualisation technology, including PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik sense, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
  • Delivery of stakeholder Data & Analytics requirements: You'll work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Implementation of data solutions: You'll implement data solutions that align with our data strategy and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Ownership of a pipeline of work Analytics: You'll own a pipeline of work analytics projects and ensure they're delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Troubleshooting data issues: You'll troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.

Requirements
  • Experience working in/leading agile product management approaches: You'll have experience working in agile product management approaches, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Business Intelligence and Visualisation technology: You'll have experience working with Business Intelligence and Visualisation technology, including PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik sense.
  • DevOps Skills: You'll have DevOps skills, including GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, Bitbucket.
  • Language skills: You'll have proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala.
