About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to drive business value through data analytics, visualization, and modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver modern data solutions
  • Implement cutting-edge data platforms to meet business requirements
  • Elicit and document business needs to inform technical design
  • Provide production support and resolve defects efficiently
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation
Data Engineering and Migration

You will work closely with complex models and large datasets to:

  • Deliver tactical solutions as part of data platform build and migration activities
  • Design, develop, and implement ETL pipelines using Azure components
Power BI Expertise

As a Power BI expert, you will:

  • Develop interactive and effective visualizations
  • Build high-quality Power BI semantic models, including efficient data transformations in Power Query and SQL
Consultative Skills

You will demonstrate exceptional consultative skills by:

  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Applying creative and conceptual thinking to drive innovative solutions
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of the data lifecycle
  • Maintaining a collaborative mindset as a team player
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer or technical BI Analyst
  • Proficiency in Azure Data Components (ADF, SQL, Synapse, Fabric), Power BI, Databricks, and MS BI Stack (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
  • Australian Citizenship
