Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that will involve leading our Cyber Resilience Programme, delivering IT and OT (Operational Technology) programmes and projects.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the product lifecycle and product roadmap via multiple delivery teams, using best practice methodologies to ensure effective control over costs and resourcing.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to establish and maintain highly effective relationships with multiple delivery teams, central teams, stakeholders at all levels and business teams.

The Senior Delivery Lead will also be responsible for ensuring successful transition to service, ensuring change lands well and meets business and IT/OT operations needs.

Responsibilities
  • Leading technology delivery: The Senior Delivery Lead will lead the technology delivery of Cyber IT/OT programmes and projects using Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, with a focus on tangible business outcomes.
  • Establishing relationships: The successful candidate will establish and maintain highly effective relationships with multiple delivery teams, central teams, stakeholders at all levels and business teams.
  • Transition to service: The Senior Delivery Lead will ensure successful transition to service, ensuring change lands well and meets business and IT/OT operations needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: The successful candidate will have extensive experience of delivering complex Cyber IT/OT programmes, demonstrating and meeting business value and outcomes.
  • Project management skills: The Senior Delivery Lead should be skilled in a number of project management / change management approaches, including Agile delivery, Prince2, APM and PMP.
  • Communication skills: Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential for this role, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
