**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**

As the leader of a Leverage (West) Cyber Run Managed Services team, you will act as Capgemini's expert leader for your Cyber operational services & delivery.

With specific accountability for ensuring that your Cyber Run Managed Services critical operational services are resilient and available as contracted. On a day-to-day basis, you will achieve this through technical, operational, and commercial leadership.

As an individual, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of leading and continuously improving a Cyber engineering and operational function. This will be complemented with personal attributes such as resilience, collaboration, coaching, communication and engagement.
- Technical, operational, commercial, and people leadership of a Cyber Run delivery function
- Lead Cyber incident response and remediation.
- Current and emerging Cyber Technology (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS Platform, tooling, infrastructure)
- Optimisation of Cyber technology (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS Platform, tooling, infrastructure)
- Cyber platform & tooling engineering: customer operations & delivery frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Development of high performing teams
- Delivering continuous improvement/transformation in globally complex and dynamic technology and operational environments
- Creating a coaching and learning environment. Knowing when to offer support to others and when to step in to take personal accountability.
- Strong communication and engagement skills. Able to effectively engage and communicate at all levels and across diverse stakeholder groups.

We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**
- Cyber or Information Security professional certifications e.g. CISSP, CISM
- Agile and continuous improvement
- Strong analytic skills to inform effective data driven decision making on service improvement and risk reduction.
- Cyber leadership team experience
- Understanding of current Cyber risks and threats and emerging Cyber mitigations (controls and mitigations)
