About the Role

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for spearheading our Cyber Resilience Programme. This involves overseeing the delivery of IT and OT programmes and projects, ensuring seamless transition to service and alignment with business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective technology strategies to drive business outcomes, leveraging Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, teams, and business units to ensure successful collaboration and interface management.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of complex programme deliveries, meeting business objectives and driving value creation.
  • Leading the management of third-party relationships, providing oversight and ensuring alignment with company values and ways of working.
  • Realizing product objectives and key results as defined in the product roadmap, managing cross-functional teams to achieve these goals.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in delivering complex cyber programmes, demonstrating ability to develop countermeasures and contingency plans associated with significant delivery risk.
  • Supporting budget submissions and advocating for appropriate funding levels to meet business requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of IT/OT products, services, and systems, with a preference for Operational IT/Operational Technology/Critical National Infrastructure expertise.
  • Ideal skills include project management and change management approaches, particularly Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
