About the Role:

We are Northrop Grumman Australia, a leading Defence organisation with a strong presence in the country. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will play a critical role in leading complex projects to successful completion. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and standardising project operational procedures, enhancing their use across the organisation. You will manage both capability uplift projects and support continuous improvement efforts as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project operational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and stakeholder interactions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with international teams to drive project outcomes and contribute to larger group efforts.
  • Foster effective business rhythms and project scheduling expertise to drive project success.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the business as needed, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project manager who can lead complex projects to successful completion. You will have a proven track record of resolving complex problems and managing stakeholder interactions. You will be adept at handling project scopes, schedules, and stakeholder interactions, and have a solid understanding of project management priorities.
