Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Project Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Brisbane Buildings team, you will be responsible for leading client-facing project delivery, expanding client relationships, and assisting with business development initiatives.

  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Assist in business development initiatives to identify and pursue new project opportunities and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage internal design teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex, multi-client projects.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.
  • Deliver technically sound and innovative electrical designs, reports, and specifications across sectors including health, defence, high-rise, industrial, and education.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 15 years of experience in a design consultancy environment with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Electrical Building Services including LV power systems and lighting design, with proficiency in tools such as PowerCAD and AGI/Dialux.
