About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our electrical construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction activities from planning through to completion.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and clients to align outcomes with business and project objectives.
  • Mentor and support the development of team members, including apprentices.
  • Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and logistics in collaboration with procurement and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in heavy industrial and utility electrical projects.
  • Proven commitment to a zero-harm safety culture.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, procurement, and material take-offs.
  • QLD Electrical Licence with advanced knowledge of electrical and building products and standards.
  • Effective leader with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

About You:

  • Strong time management, project coordination, and risk management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of contract conditions, including defects, EOTs, LDs, and notice requirements.
  • Experienced in reviewing and marking up electrical/civil drawings and liaising with engineering teams on buildability.
