As a key advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of Queensland Health's research ethics and governance directives. This strategic position involves providing authoritative advice on the development, implementation, and maintenance of these critical policies.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of complex contemporary health research management practices, particularly as they relate to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support business change, including consultation, negotiation, and influence.
- Stay up-to-date with QH Research Management Directive/Policy, National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research, and ICH GCP guidelines.
This is an opportunity for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people to contribute to their community through this genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.
