The Product Support Advisor is responsible for providing expert technical assistance to customers, ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.
You will be a problem-solver, a skilled technician, and a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers and colleagues to maintain smooth operations.
- Diagnose and repair complex faults on heavy machinery.
- Provide technical support for major and minor services.
- Manage warranty claims and support site-specific issues.
- Conduct machine health assessments and generate comprehensive reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation (timesheets, maintenance requests).
- Exceed customer expectations by promoting the brand as a solutions provider.
- Ensure clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and tradespeople.
- Coach and mentor technicians.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Trade Qualified - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with heavy machinery.
- Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Strong technical support experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to quality execution.
