The Position:
We are currently seeking a proactive Account Manager to work out of our Hunter Valley Mining Solution Centre in Mount Thorley.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with customers at both operational and strategic levels.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities and needs of our customers.
- Aquire new customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements.
- Maintain and develop product knowledge, working closely with technical product support.
- Ensure service solutions meet the needs of clients.
- Demonstrated account management and business development experience.
- Professional presence and proven experience partnering with customers.
- Ability to make sales and complete follow-up documentation.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data analysis and manipulation skills to present meaningful insights.
- Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others.
- Valid driving licence.
- Current work rights in Australia.
