Senior Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic Digital and IP team. This role requires expertise in front-end commercial TMT practice, ideally within a mid to large commercial firm.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of advising clients on complex matters in small teams, approaching each day with dedication and professionalism. They will possess excellent technical skills, a natural ability to build strong client relationships, and a passion for emerging issues and growth in the technology industry.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of quality matters and transactions, including outsourcing and managed services agreements, major IT procurements, as-a-service arrangements, and technology commercialisation and digitisation initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent Australian law firm, navigating technology, data protection, privacy, competition, consumer issues, intellectual property, and general commercial matters.

Requirements
  • Experience working specifically in a front-end commercial TMT practice.
  • Strong drafting and technical skills.
  • Natural ability to build strong client relationships.
