Our Digital & IP Team is Expanding:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Trade Marks Paralegal/Attorney to join our busy national practice. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our experienced team to assist in the prosecution, enforcement and management of national and international trade marks.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including docketing management, conducting trade mark searches, drafting search reports and prosecuting trade mark and design applications. You will also have the opportunity to work on complex due diligence projects, assist with oppositions and infringement matters, and provide general trade mark and IP advice to our clients.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will also need to be a commercially-minded team player who values working in a positive team environment.

You will be a trade marks focused paralegal or attorney with a minimum of three years experience working in a commercial law firm, trade mark attorney firm or specialist IP practice. You will be committed to progressing your career within the exciting area of trade marks and will be passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients.
