Job Title: Rehabilitation ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients through their rehabilitation journey, providing expert guidance and advocacy to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services.
- AHPRA registration and tertiary degree in occupational therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
