A seasoned operational leader is required to oversee the day-to-day operations at a quarry site.

This critical leadership role ensures safe, efficient and cost-effective production while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

  • Lead a team of personnel to deliver production targets
  • Manage resources and continuously improve site performance
  • Plan and coordinate drilling and blasting activities, pit development, equipment maintenance and team performance

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing budgets, controlling costs, ensuring plant and equipment availability and fostering a culture of safety across the site.

This role includes stakeholder engagement including responding to community concerns and regulatory requirements.
