Tasmania's water and sewerage provider requires a leader who can drive change, develop the workforce of the future, and implement innovative solutions to meet operational customer and regulatory response outcomes.
About the Role- Provide strategic direction to assist in achieving reliable and safe provision of water and wastewater services.
- Own and implement the integration of digital monitoring of assets into operations.
- Lead a high-performing team to champion best practice use of data across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with proven experience in multi-disciplinary teams, a track record in displaying high-level expertise in data analysis, and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digitisation of asset operations.
- Monitor work systems and system operations planning.
- Coordinate operations to meet operational customer and regulatory response outcomes.
