About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Board of Directors. As an appointed director, you will play a critical role in stewarding and governing our organisation during its period of significant business and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience at Board or CEO level, overseeing large-scale business and digital transformation, as well as knowledge of capital markets, particularly in relation to institutional investment.

They should also possess experience in guiding the development of workforce and volunteer management models in membership organisations or organisations with a significant volunteer base.

Key attributes for this role include leadership, integrity, curiosity, courage, interpersonal skills, communication skills, demonstrated passion and enthusiasm, instinct, and an active contributor.
