Land Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Land Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate and secure land opportunities that align with our objectives.

  • This role requires strong analytical capability, sector insight and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of valuation methodology, experience in project feasibility assessment and financial modelling, as well as excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess land acquisition opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Apply valuation principles and feasibility tools to inform land acquisition decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis including discounted cash flow modelling and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress land acquisition opportunities.
  • Maintain strong networks across government, industry and the property sector.
