Land Asset Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Land Asset Manager to join our team in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all land assets and ensuring timely satisfaction of statutory and contractual obligations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage land tenure obligations necessary to maintain the validity of our land assets.
  • Administer access to mining tenure through securing and maintaining relevant permissions and agreements.
  • Support land-related transactions by conducting due diligence and assisting in negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Review and prepare land agreements to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of data and records for our surface and mineral land assets.
