Business Administration Role Opportunity offers hands-on experience in warranty support and data analytics.

This position involves processing dealer and factory claims, reports, and communicating with the factory and dealers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Process dealer and factory claims and communicate with the factory and dealers.
  • Assist in coordinating audits and communicate with global headquarters for various brands.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide support to team members with projects and tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
About You
  • We are looking for undergraduate students in their penultimate year of study, ideally in a Business-related degree.
  • A full-time office commitment is required.
  • A valid working visa for Australia/New Zealand is necessary for the contract duration.
  • Innovative and motivated individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
  • The ability to build positive business relationships and think creatively is essential.
  • Team-oriented individuals with a flexible and adaptable attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to develop or document new processes and initiatives is desired.
  • An interest in gaining insights into the business unit and the truck industry is an asset.
Key Requirements
  • A full-time office commitment from mid-January 2026 to the end of January 2027.
  • A valid working visa for Australia/New Zealand for the entire contract period.
