Marketing Coordinator

Air Liquide is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role provides support to the marketing team in implementing marketing programs and initiatives across all Air Liquide sites.

This position is responsible for creating marketing materials, organizing key events, managing marketing budgets, and upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize logistics for trade shows, events, and company meetings related to sales and marketing
  • Manage and record all marketing paraphernalia
  • Develop internal sales and marketing materials, such as newsletters, and external communications, including brochures and email campaigns
  • Coordinate with suppliers on marketing projects
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support
  • Maintain customer contracts and ensure commitments are met
  • Assist in sales analysis, including preparing KPIs and monthly reports
  • Support tendering processes by providing necessary product information
Requirements:
  • Ability to develop ongoing training programs
  • Previous experience with IQMS is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft and Google applications
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
