This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Human Resources Administrator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of human resources functions across various teams.
Main Responsibilities- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating induction sessions.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact, offering clear, consistent, and helpful guidance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and provide administrative support across human resources functions.
In this entry-level position, you will have the chance to develop skills in HR administration while working in a collaborative team environment. You will gain exposure to a wide range of human resources activities, build confidence working with systems and processes, and contribute to improving the employee experience.
