About the Role: As a key member of our COO team, you will play a vital role in creating, managing, and optimizing data and case management platforms used to power our entire business. This includes designing your product's operating model and strategy, working closely with the business to support human-centred design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize data and case management platforms
  • Design product operating models and strategies
  • Work closely with technology teams to implement designs
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and influencing skills
  • Lead continuous discovery with a customer focus

Requirements:

  • Taken a career break of 2+ years
  • Relevant professional experience within Product/Project management or other transformation roles
