Support the development of an Early Education Strategy.
Mentor Centre Directors, lead workforce planning, and drive initiatives improving employee value proposition.
Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards.
Provide leadership in policy development and change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Early Education and/or Management/Business.
Substantial experience in leadership roles.
Leadership experience in Early Education & Care sector.
Deep knowledge of National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
Collaborative spirit and passion for empowering others.
