The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and possess a strong passion for skincare and customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to engage, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

  • Meet and greet prospective customers in-store to have skin consultations, demonstrating empathy and sharing expertise and product knowledge that could ultimately change their lives.

  • Proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide exceptional customer experience, sharing your knowledge of our fine skincare formulations and latest innovations with individuals, educating customers to focus on well-being and nurturing their skin.

  • Work closely with the Boutique Manager to track sales objectives and business plans.

  • Deal with customer complaints, ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current beauty trends and skincare application techniques.
