Job Overview

The position of Quality Engineer is available at Anduril Industries.

This role is responsible for defining, developing, and executing processes that deliver high quality and reliable products.

Key responsibilities include working in a modern manufacturing environment to support inspection activities, leading material review board processes, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality assurance.

The successful candidate will propose, develop, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to support certification. They will also contribute to the development of manufacturing work instructions and support continuous improvement projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense/maritime industries.
  • Working knowledge of design review and quality management of PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion systems, and welding.
  • Ability to drive product quality and performance requirements to test and measurement system development and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data mining, metrics generation, issue management systems, and statistical analysis tools.
