About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing transformative solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting complex ServiceNow solutions, advising clients on best practices, and developing solution blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow architectures that drive business value and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solution blueprints and design integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Leverage automation capabilities to optimize operations and enhance user experience.
- Establish governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage.
- Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises.
- ServiceNow certifications and at least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow.
- Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment.
