About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions that drive transformational change.

Your expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITOM and CSM modules, will be crucial in driving the development of multi-technology consulting services that span application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.

You will lead the architecture of ServiceNow solutions, advise clients on best practices, develop solution blueprints, and design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet complex business requirements
  • Leverage ServiceNow's automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and improve service delivery
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises
  • Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment
  • ServiceNow certifications
