Energy Solutions Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will provide feedback to customers on pole-to-pit requests by creating detailed drawings, investigating complaints and liaising with contractors. This role involves ensuring complete alignment with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Producing valid quotations for customer approvals
- Ensuring the most cost-effective use of each field resource, maximizing customer satisfaction while maintaining a high focus on productivity, safety, quality and data integrity
- Arranging for necessary repairs (pit upgrades, stolen cables etc) to be done in a timely manner
- Resolving customer complaints by scoping, liaising with contractors, customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Dealing with complex issues when managing Pole to Pit requests to ensure effective stakeholder management and project implementation
- Completing daily planning and scheduling for all high transaction work
- Effective communication - verbally and written
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including client supervisors and contractors
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate workloads
- Current Victorian Drivers License
- Current Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) training
